Putting on Your Spera Mask is easy! Here’s our Step-By-Step Guide for getting the right fit

1. Use the nose clip to attach the cord lock and insert nose clip
2. Pull both straps over your head
3. Pull top of mask up to bridge of your nose
4. Adjust the top strap
5. Pull the bottom over your chin
6. Adjust the cord-lock
7. Press down on nose clip

That’s all there is to it!
